The recipient of a bachelor's in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a juris doctor from Stanford Law School, Daniel Chammas began his career as an associate at McDermott Will & Emery. He spent 10 years with the Los Angeles-based firm, including as partner from 2005 to 2009. Daniel Chammas counseled clients on a range of aspects relating to employment law, including compliance with federal and state wage and hour law, terminating employees, and drafting employee handbooks.

Daniel Chammas subsequently spent seven years as partner at Venable LLP and, since 2016, has served in the same role at FordHarrison LLP. Focusing on high-stakes employment litigation, he has resolved all types of employment disputes on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. These include claims for wrongful termination and discrimination and harassment based on sex, race, and disability.

In over 20 years of practice, Mr. Chammas has successfully defended more than 25 multimillion-dollar cases on behalf of his clients. He managed all aspects of these cases and has represented clients before judges, juries, arbitrators, and administrative law judges.
